Once your Design Blueprint is finalized, I’ll take sourcing off your plate. I’ll find the exact items that bring your space to life—based on your budget, layout, and style. You’ll receive a shoppable list with direct links, alternatives, and everything needed to complete the room. If you’d like me to handle purchases, ordering, and vendor coordination, this service includes: - Product research and sourcing based on your Blueprint - Communication with vendors / stores if needed - Purchase coordination + tracking - Troubleshooting issues (backorders, replacements, etc.) - Finalized budget recap + receipts A 20% commission is applied to the total cost of sourced items. You’ll approve each item before it’s purchased. This service is optional and typically follows your Design Blueprint.
